What is a Mardi Gras Ball? It is a formal/semi-formal party given by a krewe (or in this case by Tucson Screamers) for its members and their guests. It consists of a royal court with king and queen and their court, who are presented to an audience of invited guests.
The King and Queen of Mardi Gras Tucson will be elected and announced prior to the ball
